As a married couple based in Sacramento, California, we value marriage and believe you our couples should be allowed to be emotionally selfish on their wedding day. We work hard to help you slow down and create quiet moments during the longest, fastest, and most memorable day of your life. We are often mistaken for the other when people first meet us in person. Dee is short for De'Andre and Kris is short for Kristina. We both are equal partners and full time photographers, but have our separate roles in the business.
Meet Dee Robinson
Dee has a love for the dramatic. He loves to create images from a perspective not otherwise viewed by the typical eye. He sees light and reflection and creates art in the most unique ways.
Meet kris Robinson
Kristina enjoys the classic and emotion. She LOVES timeless beauty and soft romance. Together we are able to blend both unique styles together to deliver a portfolio of images to our clients that encompass both of our artistic eyes. We have two crazy boys (Noah & Caleb) who we love with all our hearts. They are often our inspiration and little models. They keep us young and full of energy and have helped keep our perspective on life and love.
Meet Jaclyn
We have been soooooo lucky to snag Jaclyn straight out of Sacramento State University. She graduated with a BA in photography!!!!
OMG....Wow!!! How lucky are we!!!!! Jaclyn is usually your first contact when you contact Dee and Kris. She is our AMAZING studio manager, but also our lead editor. Jaclyn is a magician in photoshop. She is a little bit of silly mixed with a whole lot of attention to detail and a true passion to serve our D&K clients.

Every package comes with 2 photographers, which means more angles, more coverage and more fun! They also include digital files of the edited images with printing, sharing and downloading privileges. At your pre-wedding consultation we will discuss your story, your timeline, and of course, your vision. After your wedding we will meet again at our studio for personalized design consultation. We will relive all the moments of your big day - the last haw-rah! At your reveal we will unlock your sharing and downloading gallery as well as discuss how you would like to archive your pictures - albums, wall art, gift prints. We have it all! We are a full service studio and understand and truly value printing. You with receive 20% off at your design consultation on all print products. You will then work with our studio designers to finalize all purchases so they are perfect for your home!

Your Post Wedding Reveal
As photographers, it's important to us to create a story that not only lives in the digital world, but also as a cherished keepsake that you can touch and hold. That's why, 4-8 weeks after your wedding, we host your very own reveal of your images. We present your wedding images in a cinematic slideshow set to music for you to relive your wedding day. Immediately following your grand reveal, our team will help you decide how you'd like to preserve your memories. Most of our couples choose to keep their memories in and album and for those extra special images, they create artwork that can be hung on the wall!
We know how difficult designing an album and choosing the final images for your walls can be, so our team is here to help! Our designer, Alicia, pre-designs your wedding day album which you'll see at your reveal. Then, in the following weeks, she'll work with you 1 on 1 to create a final product that you'll love!
We want to create a session that speaks to you and your families story. We will call you and discuss what is important the most to you so that we can capture those expressions in your portrait session. This is critical to creating artwork that is not only beautiful, but matters more as time passes.
Your session will take place at your choosing: Our midtown Sacramento studio, your home, or an outdoor location. We will discuss all the options during your pre shoot consultation.
We will prepare 30-40 photographs from your session and present them with a cinematic presentation of your story. At your personalized design consultation and ordering session we will help you go through these photos and design all your final artwork. This is your special time to make all design decisions and purchases. We do require that all decision makers attend as it is important that everyone has input and we can complete the experience in a timely manner. We try to do design consults the same day of the shoot.
The non refundable session retainer fee for a weekday portrait session is $800. This reserves your date and you will then have this $600 as a design credit for your final art work. We have many options to choose from that range from $600-$2,500 that will be discussed during your pre-booking meeting. Please visit our PRODUCTS page for all the options
